I'm 8 weeks along and all I am craving is hot fries. Can it harm anything if I eat them? I just need to know so I don't go near it. Thank you!
Answer
Spicy food is fine :) Although you may pay for it a little later with heartburn! When eating foods, just make sure it's cooked thoroughly. Also talk to your doctor about what you should and should not be eating during pregnancy. Good luck!!!

8 weeks pregnant and starving?
Charis
cereal for breakfast at 8 am
breakfast sandwich for a snack at 10am (craving for d&d, right next to work)
small serving of rice, veggies and chicken for lunch at 1pm
cup of popcorn for snack at 1:45.
Its 2:20 now and I am starving!!
Is anyone else pregnant and this hungry?
!
Answer
I was starving during my pregnancies, too. What I did was "graze"--eat just about all day long, but small portions each time. I'd have carrots here, an apple there, a sandwich here, a bowl of pasta there, etc.
If you're hungry, then go ahead and eat! Just, try to make sure that you're eating as much 'good' foods as possible (not only are they better for you, but they're more filling and sustain you longer).
