Is my morning sickness getting worse or am i just getting the flu?

I have been nauseous for the the past couple of weeks but as of last night almost (7 weeks pregnant) i got extremely nauseous and can only throw up a small amount at a time and this morning i feel soo nauseous still. Am i experiencing the stomach flu or food poisoning? Its my only symptom (besides the other pregnancy ones of course like sore boobs and fatigue)

I would call your doctor. It's very hard to differentiate between the two!

I'm 22 weeks pregnant and seriously sick with either food poisoning or the stomach flu (not pregnancy related illness). Besides trying to stay hydrated, does anyone have any tips or suggestions to managing the symptoms (vomiting, diarrhea) since I am extremely limited in the medications that I could take.

I'm 24 weeks and went through that about a week and a half ago. I don't think there's anything you can do, like you said stay hydrated, that's about it. Sorry to hear, it really sucks to go through that pregnant.
