Her nipples are producing proper milk in some and a bit watery in others like with a fantom pregnancy she had can someone help she is also off food when she normally eats anyrhing I thought it was the heat but now not sure

Is it normal to gain weight in the first trimester?

This is my 2nd pregnancy and im almost 15 weeks pregnant. I've already gained 4 pounds! Is this normal? With my first pregnancy i gained 60 pounds! i just dont remember how early I started gaining it. Im trying to eat better this pregnancy. Ive been laying off the fast food and eating more fruit. How much did everyone gain when they were this far along?

I think in my first trimester i gained about 5-6lbs i didnt have any morning sickness and didnt throw up at all unlike some of the women that lose weight. But since then i have slowly gained weight and have gained 20lbs altogether. Honestly i dont really eat right haha but i do drink my water and walk as much as possible. So sounds like your off to a good start to me.
